Q: I have completed all of the course requirements for certification but I still can’t access the exam.
A: The exam is unlocked by a script that runs every 5 minutes on the server. If you feel that enough time has passed and still cannot access the exam, you may need to close the browser window and then start a new session. This will clear the browser cache and allow the site to refresh properly.
Q: How can I track the progress of my technicians?
A: Just click the link that says “Request Admin Access” in the Group Management block. This will assign the appropriate permissions for you to follow the progress of your technicians. Just click the “Group Report” link and you will see a checklist of what everyone in your portal has completed.
Q: I want to assign courses to a new tech but I don’t see them in the assign courses page or in the group report.
A: The members of your group are updated every Monday. Any technician added to your group after 5 am EST Monday will show the following week. For more information on this please contact ContinuumU@continuum.net
